Myrtle Beach SHORT sales deal or not a deal

There is alot of talk about how great the short sales really are. Are they a really great deal? Well, that depends!

Needless to say, have you Realtor do a comparative market analysis and compare.

Just two days ago I previewed two different units in the same building. One was a foreclosure at 54,000

Unit 2 was a short sale for 66,000.

So there you have it in black and white, not always a good deal.
