Desperately seeking peace and quiet
Remember the dilemma of Linda Tucker of Winter Haven, Fla., who had a piercing, high-frequency shriek in her house? She has tried everything to reduce this shriek, including seeking help from Tampa Electric , the phone company, and anyone else, including the Handyman, who might offer a little help.
