Grand Rapids Real Estate Analysis

This is the crossroads right now.  In the Grand Rapids Real Estate Market you have 10,202 sellers trying to sell Homes and Condo's on the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors.  If we take the 6 most recent months from June 1st, 2007 to December 31st, 2007 the properties that sold totaled 6092 homes. Divide that number by 6 months equals 1015 homes on average that have been selling.  That means there is aproximately 10 months of homes for sale in Grand Rapids.
